- Led development of PCT’s Area Hub approach to business planning and commissioning, focusing on population needs and evidence-based outcomes
- Developed a collaborative Learning Alliance of Primary Care Trusts (PCTs) working across the South East London Health economy including SEL Workforce Development Confederation, SEL Strategic Health Authority, and Academic partners

Led the improvement strategy for Toshiba Medical Systems with their £55m Medical Equipment PPP contract with Queen Elizabeth Hospital NHS Trust and the Greenwich Teaching Primary Care NHS Trust and Oxleas MH Trust achieving breakthroughs in:
- Partnership development/change management within multiple NHS Trusts and the key stakeholders throughout both private and public organisations
- Delivered a programme of change aimed at the improved management of 5,500 unit hospital and primary care medical equipment for the benefit of both patients and clinicians
- Patient centric action plans, introducing change to support the planning of new and replacement medical equipment related directly to clinical procedures, NHS modernisation goals and strategic healthcare outcomes

This complex programme – in 4 Regions and covering 82 Branches – was carried out successfully for a North American Financial Services Group, with £1bn turnover, 900 employees, 1 million members and 20% of their business in UK
- Successfully ran multiple pilot project teams, refocusing the Regional Branch network of 150,000 members in line with international CSR change management and a full corporate rebranding programme
- Led a Communications Strategy for the Programme resulting in an 82% vote in favour of adopting the strategy by the elected members of the international mutual organisation.
