  • Partnership development/change management within multiple NHS Trusts and the key stakeholders throughout both private and public organisations
  • Delivered a programme of change aimed at the improved management of 5,500 unit hospital and primary care medical equipment for the benefit of both patients and clinicians
  • Patient centric action plans, introducing change to support the planning of new and replacement medical equipment related directly to clinical procedures, NHS modernisation goals and strategic healthcare outcomes
  • Systems upgrades, including PACS & mammography.

  • Successfully ran multiple pilot project teams, refocusing the Regional Branch network of 150,000 members in line with international CSR change management and a full corporate rebranding programme
  • Led a Communications Strategy for the Programme resulting in an 82% vote in favour of adopting the strategy by the elected members of the international mutual organisation.
